(ThePatriotSource.com)- Teen Vogue, the fashion and lifestyle magazine produced for young girls, tweeted “Welcome to Marx!” recently and linked to an article from 2018 that described the 19th Century communist ideologue as a “legend.”
The article also argues that Marx’s ideas are “more prevalent than you might realize,” in what seems to be a clear attempt at winning young women over to the extremist ideology.
The article wasn’t from an outside site, either…this was a Teen Vogue article, on the Teen Vogue website, promoted by the Teen Vogue Twitter account.

In the piece, the author explains that the Communist Manifesto – a document written by Karl Marx and which inspired communist revolutions that result in the deaths of more than 100 million people – is taught widely in schools. Which is true…it’s a piece of history. The article also explains how Marx is one of the top assigned “economists” in American college courses. The author talks to two professors to discuss what they teach about Marx, and how they interact with their students on the legacy of his ideas “and how they’re relevant to the current political climate.”
One of the professors the author talks to is George Ciccariello-Maher, who once worked at Drexel University. Ciccariello-Maher says he actively “challenges his students to envision a society without capitalism.” This is the same guy who said he wanted “white genocide” for Christmas. So, uh, hardly a moderate guy.
“Marx says we live under capitalism but capitalism has not always existed,” he told Teen Vogue. “It’s something that came into being and something that, as a result, just on a logical level, could disappear, could be overthrown, could be abolished, could be irrelevant.”
This is what they’re teaching kids?
Teen Vogue also told its young readers that “many Marxists” argue that the “current socioeconomic system is precarious and can be overthrown at any time.”
Perhaps that’s why so many young people are out on the streets representing Black Lives Matter and arguing for the overthrowing of the capitalism system under the guise of racial justice.
