(ThePatriotSource.com)- Kellyanne Conway has been a loyal defender of President Donald Trump since the beginning. She has been one of the most powerful and effective advisors and spokespeople for the president, but it looks like that’s all coming to an end. The senior White House Counselor announced on Sunday night that she is leaving the White House amidst ongoing problems with left-wing members of her family.
The Washington Post reported how Conway informed President Trump of her decision in a meeting in the Oval Office on Sunday night. On the same day, Conway’s husband, so-called conservative George Conway, announced that he would be stepping back from his role in the Lincoln Project. That’s the “conservative” group that is working to defeat Donald Trump in November and get Joe Biden elected instead.
So I’m withdrawing from @ProjectLincoln to devote more time to family matters. And I’ll be taking a Twitter hiatus.
Needless to say, I continue to support the Lincoln Project and its mission. Passionately.

Conway is not just an effective communicator, her involvement with the Trump campaign was historic. She was the worst woman to successfully see a presidential campaign through to victory, but she has been relentlessly slammed in the press despite this.
Her husband, George Conway, has also repeatedly made vile attacks against President Trump despite his wife being very much in the MAGA camp. In recent weeks, Conway’s left-wing daughter has made increasingly nasty attacks about the president and even made inappropriate remarks about her mother. It seems that it’s all come to a head and Conway doesn’t believe she can take four more years of her family members demonizing her for working with President Trump.
In a statement, she said that the past four years allowed her “blessings beyond compare” and that the experience as been “heady” and “humbling.”
“I am deeply grateful to the President for this honor, and to the First Lady, the Vice President and Mrs. Pence, my colleagues in the White House and the Administration, and the countless people who supported me and my work,” she said. “As many convention speakers will demonstrate this week, President Trump’s leadership has had a measurable, positive impact on the peace and prosperity of the nation, and on millions of Americans who feel forgotten no more.”
She added that she will be transitioning from the White House at the end of the month and that her husband will be making changes too.
“We disagree about plenty but we are united on what matters most: the kids,” she said.
Yeah, the kids who trash you on social media…
“Our four children are teens and ‘tweens starting a new academic year, in middle school and high school, remotely from home for at least a few months,” she added. “As millions of parents nationwide know, kids ‘doing school from home’ requires a level of attention and vigilance that is unusual at these times.”
Conway will be missed by many, and I’m sure readers of this site will wish her well…and hope that her husband and children stop treating her with total disrespect.
